Le plus agréable reste je pense les grandes fenêtres tout le long de l'appartement, la lumière, et le quartier calme. Le métro est vraiment très proche, ce qui un point très important! Sono una studentessa di dottorato dell'università di Napoli, e per motivi di studio sono stata a Parigi per un anno. Ho avuto la fortuna di trovare su internet l'annuncio di questo bellissimo studio già arredato e posizionato in una zona residenziale della città, a pochi passi dalla fermata della metropolitana di Philippe Auguste. Lo studio è esattamente come appare nelle foto pubblicate sulla rete. Il frigorifero ed il forno e la lavatrice sono nuovi. Il piano cottura essenziale ma funzionale. I sanitari in ottimo stato. Nel complesso l'arredamento è nuovo e di buon gusto. Lo studio è perfetto per una coppia ma durante le vacanze di Natale ci siamo stati bene anche in 3 con i miei genitori. Il condominio è dotato di ascensore e la strada è una via principale dove ci sono molti supermercati e non solo. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e sempre a disposizione e devo dire molto molto onesti. Il prezzo dello studio corrisponde al prezzo di mercato e anzi, tutti i miei colleghi francesi che lo hanno potuto vedere mi hanno detto che sono stata fortunata. Consiglio a tutti di prendere in considerazione l'affitto dello studio sia per brevi soggiorni che per quelli lunghi come i miei. Personalmente ho già fatto sapere ai miei proprietari che li contatterò nuovamente quando dovrò ritornare a Parigi anche se non per affari.

The street is very quiet and peaceful, and it's close to an open market. The studio is perfect with all the facilities you may need for a very comfortable stay. Pascal, the owner, is very kind and gives you all the information you may need.
Don't miss the cimitière du Père Lachaise. it's a very nice walk for a sunny sunday afternoon.
I hope you enjoy the stay as much as I did.

A great temporary home for travelers or expats. Has everything you need, is well situated in the 11th district of Paris, good transport connections, very comfortable & well-equipped studio. Pascal is a very friendly host and can give extremely useful advice on all things Parisian. We had an excellent stay.

L'appartamentino, anche se piccolo, è confortevole,carino, attrezzato e luminoso grazie ad ampie finestre lungo tutta la parete,però di mattino entra luce perchè le piccole veneziane non schermano completamente le vetrate.Il sig.Pascal è preciso, gentile e organizzato, è disponibile a darvi tutte le informazioni che vi servono. Das Appartement liegt wirklich sehr guenstig. Man hat mehrere kleine Geschaefte in Laufnaehe (Baecker, Lebensmittellaeden etc), der Friedhof Père Lachaise faengt nur 2 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft aus an und die naechste Metrostation ist direkt schraeg gegenueber vom Hauseingang. Wer die gratis Fahrraeder der Stadt nutzen will, findet auf der anderen Strassenseite eine Station (man braucht dazu nur eine Kreditkarte, allerdings muss man seine Geheimnummer wissen!). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und spricht gut Englisch. Das Appartement selber ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber, Bettwaesche, Handtuecher, Kochutensilien und aehnliches ist vorhanden, man brauch also wirklich nur das Noetigste mit zu nehmen. Nada é melhor do que passar um tempo em Paris. Melhor ainda é poder ficar a dois passos do metrô, num apartamento confortável e seguro. Minha experiência no studio foi ótima. A região é tranquila e residencial. Mas ao mesmo tempo se está ao lado da Bastilha e logo depois já se tem o Marais. Com o metrô tudo fica perto também. O studio tem tudo o que se precisa para uma boa estadia em Paris. Também é perto de supermercados, ponto de velib de do Pére Lachaise, ponto turístico imperdível. O dono cuida de tudo com atenção e está sempre disposto a ajudar prontamente em qualquer problema que possa surgir. Recomendo. MARCELO -- BRASIL

Cerca del cementerio de Pere Lachaise, y bien comunicado con el centro de Paris, la situación de este pequeño estudio te permite conocer además del Paris típicamente turístico, el Paris popular y de barrio.
El edificio y el apartamento están en buen estado y con todas las comodidades.
¡El propietario está pendiente de facilitar toda la información turística que necesiteis!. ¡Ah!, la luz entra por las mañanas, asi que ¡atención a los que trasnochais!. Elsa -- SPAIN

Just few lines to report our good experience… So, the apartment is perfect for a couple that would enjoy Paris in few days. At twenty meters from a subway station, at 5 minutes from the fascinating Père Lachaise cemetery, and at 20 minutes on foot from the animated Bastille square (and from here to Maris e so on...). There is everything you need, the bathroom is clean and very comfortable. The furnishings is really nice and it makes room hot and homely. The owner is kind and very helpful, so, if you need a nice and sure place to stay in Paris, I'll suggest this choice.

bonjour, ici notre commentaire: il nostro soggiorno presso questo appartamento è stato molto piacevole e la raffigurazione del locale trovata sul sito corrispondeva perfettamente alla realtà. Molto confortevole, comodo al metrò e al centro, pukito e ordinato. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e premuroso nei nostri confronti, non vediamo l'ora di ritornare.
